Prescott Valley, Ariz. – The Northern Arizona Suns have called the Prescott Valley Event Center home for the past two years.

In 2017-18 they had record attendance, culminating in their season finale with an all-time high in attendance. With so much progress made in its first two years of existence, the Prescott Valley Town Council voted to honor the team with a very special tribute. The Northern Arizona Suns were going to have a street named after them.

The Prescott Valley Town Council approved the renaming of a street near the Prescott Valley Event Center, changing what was Sundogs Blvd. into NAZ Suns Way. The council and the team held a special unveiling on Saturday.

Fans, media members, the NAZ Suns coaching staff, the NAZ Suns front office and members from the Prescott Valley Town Council were all in attendance as Ashley Stovall, Director of Business Operations, cut away the cover from the new street sign.
