NAZ Suns Trade for 2018 First Round Pick

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. – The Northern Arizona Suns announced Saturday that they acquired a first round pick in the 2018 NBA G League Draft in a trade with the Lakeland Magic.

The Suns traded away Jay Wright, who they selected with the 11th overall pick today in the 2017 NBA G League Draft.

Wright is a 6-foot 1-inch, 165-pound guard who played four years at Louisiana-Lafayette. The 23-year-old was the Suns’ third pick in the 2017 NBA G League Draft behind No. 1 overall pick Eric Stuteville and No. 6 overall pick Rahlir Hollis-Jefferson.
