PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. – The Phoenix Suns announced Monday that they have assigned guard Davon Reed to the Northern Arizona Suns.
This marks Reed’s second career assignment. He was recalled by Phoenix from Northern Arizona on Saturday.
Reed averaged 10.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists in two games with the NAZ Suns in his first career assignment.
The 22-year-old got the start in both games, playing in his first game-action since undergoing a meniscus repair of his left knee in August.
He was inactive last night in the Phoenix Suns’ 114-100 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder at Talking Stick Resort Arena.
The Northern Arizona Suns next play Wednesday at 11 a.m. MT, as they begin their two-game set at the NBA G League Showcase in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, against the Erie BayHawks.
