PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. – The Phoenix Suns announced Friday that they have assigned guard Davon Reed to the Northern Arizona Suns.
This marks Reed’s fifth assignment to Northern Arizona. He had been with Phoenix since Jan. 27.
In his last game with Northern Arizona on Jan. 26, Reed tallied a career-high 17 points in a career-high 32 minutes, to go with six rebounds, five assists and two blocks in a Suns’ win.
In seven career games in the NBA G League, the 22-year-old has averaged 10.9 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.1 assists. The NAZ Suns are 6-1 when Reed plays.
With Phoenix, Reed has averaged 1.3 points and 0.9 rebounds in 8.0 minutes per game in seven contests.
The University of Miami alum is expected to play for the Northern Arizona Suns tonight as they face off against the Texas Legends on the road at Dr. Pepper Arena at 6:30 p.m. MT.
